This site is public-facing. The backend host is still separate.

Until the Week 6 infrastructure cutover is intentionally completed, backend smoke tests and Telegram webhook routing should continue to use `staging.skopochat.co.za` and `api.skopochat.co.za`. This package is for the public site only.
